Pallejà wanted to be a city more sustainable, when we notice that some near cities started with the project SmartCity, we didn't doubt to begin it in Pallejà seeing all the advantages that it can provide us. 

The SmartCity is the evolution to the future, encourage the oportunities of business, it permit a life more easy and it makes the consumption reduction. 

The turists should come to see our city for understand the big technological progress that we can do in Pallejà. Moreover, Pallejà is a tranquil place and is near Barcelona. It provide services and because of encouragement the turism create more workstations. The turism is a large sector of economy of a city, because it promotes identity, create work and represent an strategic sector that we have to maximize, and is more important nowadays, a moment that our economy requiers an injection of better dynamism. We have worked intensively in the promotional of turism for increase the competitiveness in relation to other cities. We have allocated resoucres additional like a part of our effort of reactivation through public investment. We will use investments promotion activities and actions communicational to invite more cities to visit us.

We have considered others additional measures for the tourism development that is very close with the proposal in value of naturals parcs and protected wilderness areas (green zones) by improving infrastructure of services that requiere to recibe turist. In Pallejà we have a big extension of green zone situeted in the mountain of Pallejà.

I'm sure that the turist industry offer big oportunities, but the biggest one is based to build connects of confidence, extend hands and realase the best of each one.

It is a permanent invitation to meet and discover.

With this same spirit we can do more.The potential is big and use it just depend that we be able to work in coordination, with long-term vision, with public actors and private, central govern and local govern, small entrepreneurs and large chains tourist. Of us depend that each of treasures of our land are an experience that can enjoy more and more people.
